Visang Education announced on the 26th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Net Learning Holdings, a leading Japanese education company, to cooperate on the entry of its global education platform ‘AllviA CL’ into the Japanese market and its subsequent global expansion.

AllviA CL is an AI-based SaaS education platform capable of integrating external content and solutions, supporting online, offline, and hybrid educational environments.

The two companies plan to pursue:

  • Technical and operational cooperation for linking educational content and services.

  • Identification and pilot operation of joint business projects for domestic and international markets.

  • Advancement of platform-based educational services and joint development of new content.

Through these initiatives, they aim to verify the service model in the Japanese market and eventually expand the scope of application to the broader Asian and global markets.

Regarding this partnership, Joong-il Rho, CEO of Visang Education’s Global Company, emphasized, "We have made our entry into the Japanese education market a reality and created the infrastructure for a global educational ecosystem by combining our platform with learning certification." He added, "This is significant in that we have become strategic partners to jointly pioneer the Asian and global education markets."
