Visang Education announced on the 12th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with edtech company WilbeeSoft to officially promote cooperation on AI-based education platforms, centered around its global education platform, ‘AllviA CL (AllviA Connect Learning).’

Through this agreement, Visang Education plans to integrate WilbeeSoft's AI solutions and platforms into AllviA CL and, based on this, jointly enter domestic and international education markets. Both companies intend to verify the platform linkage model and gradually expand the scope of cooperation for global market expansion.

As Visang Education's global business capabilities—currently present in 35 countries—combine with WilbeeSoft's AI-based education solutions, the market competitiveness and platform scalability of both companies are expected to be significantly strengthened.

AllviA CL is an AI-based SaaS education platform capable of carrying external content and solutions in a modular format. It supports various teaching environments across online and offline settings by providing standard features such as an LMS, e-learning auto-generation solutions, video conferencing solutions, the AI interactive learning service ‘AI Speak 2.0,’ and AI Tutor Agents.

Visang Education is accelerating the establishment of an open EdTech ecosystem through a series of recent MOUs with domestic edtech companies. Its strategy is to expand both the breadth and depth of educational services by collaborating with various AI and content companies, centered around AllviA CL.

WilbeeSoft is an edtech company that independently developed ‘SAASDA,’ an AI learning platform that combines LLM (Large Language Model)-based chatbots with recommendation engines. The company is recognized for its technical prowess in providing AI-based education solutions and digital learning services to corporations and public institutions.

Joo-su Maeng, CEO of WilbeeSoft, stated, “We expect a meaningful synergy by combining the AI-based learning platform of SAASDA with Visang Education’s AllviA CL, which is expanding its presence in the global market. With this collaboration as a turning point, both companies will work closely together to lead the platform-based education business model.”

Joong-il Rho, CEO of Visang Education’s Global Company, remarked, “AI-based edtech platforms are becoming core infrastructure in education fields both at home and abroad. To respond to the varying educational demands of different countries and institutions, we will gradually expand the educational services and solutions of AllviA CL in cooperation with domestic edtech companies.”
