VISANG is accelerating the creation of a platform-driven education ecosystem by expanding strategic partnerships with AI-based EdTech companies.

On December 23, VISANG announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with EdTech content company Creative Yellow. Through this agreement, VISANG will strengthen its open platform ecosystem strategy centered on its AI-powered EdTech platform, AllviA Connect Learning (AllviA CL), connecting content providers, AI solution developers, and service partners in an integrated and scalable structure.

The partnership goes beyond a conventional content collaboration, representing an ecosystem-driven cooperation model that enables AI-based EdTech companies to expand diverse educational services and solutions on the AllviA CL platform.

Under the agreement, the two companies will integrate Creative Yellow’s generative-AI-based English article learning platform, ARTICLER, into AllviA CL as a modular service, with plans to gradually expand the scope of collaboration.

AllviA CL is VISANG’s AI-powered SaaS education platform that serves as a platform hub, allowing flexible integration of external EdTech companies’ content and solutions around its core AI technologies, including the AI conversational learning solution AI Speak 2.0 and the AI Teaching Assistant Agent, which supports personalized learning.

VISANG has recently been expanding its service offerings through partnerships with a wide range of AI, content, and education solution providers, pursuing the long-term goal of building a sustainable education ecosystem in which participating companies grow together on the platform.

Rho Joong-il, CEO of VISANG’s Global Company, said, “This partnership marks an important milestone in the evolution of AllviA CL into an open platform where diverse EdTech companies collaborate to create shared value.” He added, “We will continue to expand partnerships that connect AI, content, and platform capabilities to build a leading EdTech ecosystem in both domestic and global education markets.”
