VISANG announced on July 24 that it signed an exclusive five‑year supply agreement with the Mongolian company Minddeep to deliver the Wings English program through the AllviA Connect Learning (ACL) platform.

AllviA CL is an AI-powered EdTech platform that integrates key classroom functions such as video solution, e-learning, a learning management system (LMS), and AI Speak 2.0. Through this partnership, VISANG will provide Minddeep with Wings, a digital English solution for young learners, in a modular format integrated into the ACL platform. VISANG has significantly enhanced the platform’s service quality by incorporating the newly completed English version of AI Speak 2.0.

The Mongolian government is currently implementing its Vision 2050 policy, which aims to ensure equal educational opportunities by expanding online and remote learning platforms across all levels of education. Responding to these changes in the Mongolian education market, the two companies agreed to extend their collaboration into the elementary English education sector and the broader digital learning platform market.

Amartuvshin Sharavdorj, CEO of Minddeep, said, “I believe a nation’s development depends on the quality of education that shapes its future talent. During my visit to VISANG, I saw firsthand how innovative education has been the driving force behind Korea’s rapid economic growth. We will continue to cooperate closely with VISANG to improve Mongolia’s digital education environment and contribute to enhancing the nation’s competitiveness.”

Meanwhile, VISANG plans to actively expand into the EdTech market not only in Mongolia but also across the Central Asian region, starting with this agreement. Rho Joong-il, CEO of VISANG Global Company, commented, “Mongolia and the Central Asian region have an average population age in their twenties and thirties, with high birth rates and steadily rising economic growth. Their governments are also highly supportive of digital education transformation. With AllviA CL at the forefront, we will actively drive the export of VISANG’s cutting‑edge AI, platforms, and digital solutions.”
