EdTech company Visang announced on September 19 that it had signed an exclusive export agreement with Vietnam's educational company SAOLA Holdings for its early childhood English learning program, 'Wings.'

Through this agreement, Visang will exclusively supply the Wings program to SAOLA Holdings for the next seven years. The contract includes a minimum guarantee, ensuring Visang secures confirmed revenue of over $1.7 million based on minimum sales targets.

Visang will initially provide the offline version of the Wings program. They plan to later evolve it into a hybrid format, allowing for both online and offline integrated classes. The program will be incorporated into Visang's 'AllviA CL(AllviA Connect Learning, ACL) platform,' enabling its use in various learning environments.

Wings is a digital learning program designed to enable interactive communication between teachers and students via digital devices, offering an immersive English learning environment. In 2022, Wings was selected as a finalist in the International Digital Education Resource category at the BETT Awards, the world’s largest EdTech exhibition, the BETT Show.

PHẠM THỊ DUNG, CEO of SAOLA Holdings, said, “We are pleased to provide globally competitive education to Vietnamese students through this agreement,” adding, “We plan to open 120 educational centers over the next five years and expand our business to kindergartens using the Wings program.”

Meanwhile, Visang is transitioning away from its traditional offline education model and is developing a global education platform adaptable to various IT environments worldwide.

The ‘master k’, Visang’s Korean language platform, which serves as the foundation for the AllviA CL model, is already being offered in 12 countries, including Vietnam. This agreement represents the first time a K-12 education solution has been converted into a platform-based service.
